There’s been a lot of talk about how to fix this problem.

But how can you fix a roof that has been broken for so long?

A team that had the reputation of being the most conservative in the NFL, which has a reputation for not having much patience with change, and which is currently on the verge of losing two of its top two draft picks, one to another team, one for a minor injury.

It’s a complicated problem, and it’s one that requires an enormous amount of patience, even from those who are the most optimistic about the team’s future.

The Giants are currently in the midst of rebuilding, and they’ve been through a lot in the past couple of seasons.

In a league that prides itself on having a culture of patience and change, the Giants seem to have been pretty stubborn about the process.

They have gone through a very difficult rebuild since they signed quarterback Eli Manning in 2014, and the team has had to deal with a number of injuries.

There have been many injuries to key players, such as quarterback Eli Apple and running back Andre Williams, as well as to other key positions such as cornerback and linebacker.

“The Giants have had a difficult rebuild in the last few years, and that’s where they have to get their mindset right,” former Giants assistant general manager Jerry Reese said on a conference call earlier this month.

Reese, who left the Giants for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this offseason, is a longtime friend of Giants general manager Tom Coughlin, and he has been one of the few people to speak up for the team.

“When Tom Cougins was in the room and he said, ‘I don’t think you’re ready to have a rebuild,’ he said to me, ‘you’re going to be the first one out there,'” Reese said.

“It was like a slap in the face, and Tom Cuffins was one of those guys that really believed in the rebuilding process.

And he was right.”

So far, the team hasn’t made major moves to make sure that its rebuild is more successful, which is why Reese has been willing to put his money where his mouth is.

The Giants were able to get rid of the salary cap for this season, which was an expensive move.

Reese said he doesn’t want to do it again, but he does believe in it.

“I don.t want to spend my money in a way that makes me feel like I’m getting something that’s not there,” Reese said, “because I know we’ve got to make changes.”
